Who runs the directory

Get Listed UK is an independent directory of local businesses at getlisteduk.uk. It serves people looking for businesses in the United Kingdom. A public street address and phone number are not published for the directory itself. Each listing shows the contact details of that business.

Information we store

• The email address and name you give when you create an account.
• A one-time sign-in code, kept only long enough to verify that email.
• Listing details an administrator saves, such as a business name, address, and photo.
• Reviews you submit, including the rating and the text.
• Your cookie choice, stored in this browser.

Why we use it

We use this information to sign you in, publish the directory, and show reviews next to the right business. Optional analytics, if you allow it, tells us which public pages are opened. Analytics loads only after you accept, and only when a Google Analytics measurement ID is set for the site.

Who processes it

The directory database is hosted on Convex. Sign-in codes are emailed to the address you enter. We do not sell personal information. Business listings are public pages, so details an administrator publishes can be read by anyone, including search engines.

Your choices

You can decline analytics in the cookie banner and change that choice later from Cookie settings in the footer. To ask about the email on your account, or about a review you wrote, sign in and use the same email address. Administrators can correct a listing from the dashboard.
